Our Pastor

Pastor Stephen and Pastor Natalie Dagg both are graduates of Fremont Ross High School and have lived most of their lives in the surrounding area.

They are the parents of one son, Dominic Perkins, and three daughters, Madison Dagg, Monique Perkins, and Alyssa Dagg. They also have two granddaughters.

After being licensed for several years under Rivers of Living Water Ministries International, they both became ordained ministers on October 28, 2023. Following the leading of the Holy Ghost, Pastor Stephen received his Pastoral Ministry Certificate from Lee University in the Spring of 2024 after completing rigorous coursework. Pastor Stephen & Pastor Natalie Dagg were installed as Senior Pastors over Rivers of Living Water Cathedral on October 27, 2024.

Who is Rivers of Living Water?

Rivers of Living Water is a warm and welcoming church located in Fremont, OH. We seek to love one another as Jesus loves us, studying his word and learning to be more like him.

No matter who you are or where you’ve come from, you are welcome at our church. At Rivers of Living Water, no one is a stranger, and no one is too far from God’s saving grace. Our church is a place where your life will be transformed by Christ! Our fellowship is known for its love, warmth, and friendliness. We strive to cultivate a support system for the members of our church that you’ll feel from the moment you walk through our doors. It’s with our eyes on God that we preach and teach the word through the anointing of Jesus Christ.

We are a united church family who come together from every walk of life to share God’s love and grace. As a full-gospel, Spirit-led church, there is a place for everyone desiring a deeper experience with God.

What is your statement of faith at your Church?

Our Statement of Faith begins with the belief that we believe the Bible to be given by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, infallible, and God’s revealed word to man.

At our church we believe that Scripture teaches that there is only one true and living God who has chosen to reveal Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Ghost (Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 43:10, 11; Matthew 28:19; Luke 3:22).

We believe that man is a sinful being in need of redemption (Genesis 1: 26-31, 3: 1-7; Psalms 51:5; Ecclesiastes 7:29; John 6:44, Romans 5:12-21; I Corinthians 2:14).

We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, that He is the Son of God and the son of man, that He came to save man from condemnation of sin by offering His blood as an atonement and making it available to all who exercise faith in Him (Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:31, 35; John 3:16; I Corinthians 15:3; II Corinthians 5:21).

We believe that for salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential (Luke 7:50, 24:27; Romans 10:13-15; I Corinthians 1:18; II Corinthians 2:15; Ephesians 2:8, 9; II Timothy 1:9; Titus 2:11, 3:5-7).

We believe the Scriptures ascribe to the Holy Spirit acts and attributes of an intelligent being, and the works of God such as creation, inspiration, giving of life, and sanctification are also ascribed to the Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:2; Job 33:4; Mark 3:29; John 16:8; Acts 7:51, 10:19, 13:2, 13:4, 16:6; I Corinthians 2:11, 6:11, 12; Ephesians 4:30; I Peter 3:18, II Peter 1:21).

We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life (Romans 8:5, Philippians 2:12, 13; I Thessalonians 4:3; I John 2:29).

We believe that the baptism in the Holy Ghost is given to believers who ask for it (Joel 2:28; Acts 2:4).

We believe that all mankind is subject to the death of the body as a result of original sin. The soul and spirit do not die, but immediately after death enter into a conscious state of happiness or misery according to the character here possessed by rejection or acceptance of the Savior (Ecclesiastes 12:7; Romans 5:12; Philippians 1:23).

We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the saved to everlasting life and the lost without Christ to everlasting damnation (Matthew 24:31-46; Acts 24:15; Revelation 22:11).

We believe in the personal imminent return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (Acts 1:11; I Thessalonians 4:13-18).

We believe the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer (Isaiah 53:4, 5; James 5:14, 15; I Peter 2:24).
What does your name mean?

“out of his belly shall flow Rivers of Living Water” — John 7:38

We are the “rivers” – the church conduit – through which the Lord works. The scripture says in John 4:24, “God is a Spirit.” He needs someone He can work through to accomplish His Will in the earth. Each of us can be a conduit for Him; however, we must yield ourselves to Him in order for Him to work.

Jesus Christ, along with the Holy Ghost, is the “living water” needed to change hearts and lives. As we yield ourselves to God and allow (or permit) the Holy Ghost to flow through us, God’s living water will meet the needs in those around us; and we will truly become the “salt of the earth” as Jesus said we are in Matthew 5:13.

Together with the Lord Jesus Christ, each of us is called as an integral part of the “church ministries” God is leading in this end time to minister to the needs of His Body. Each of us is so important! “But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him. And if they were all one member, where were the body? But now are they many members, yet but one body.” – I Corinthians 12:18-20. We are all of the same body; each with a distinct purpose for God.

Since God’s body is throughout the world, our church ministry is “international.” In Mark 16:15 we are commissioned by Jesus, “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”

What is the purpose and vision of your church?

The purpose and vision of Rivers of Living Water Ministries International, Inc. is

1) To fulfill the great commission of Jesus Christ – Matthew 28:19-20,

2) To develop and help Christians mature in natural and spiritual balance,

3) To prepare man to become disciples and effective ambassadors for the Kingdom of God,

4) To embrace the inclusion of all cultures as the one Body of Christ and one nation under God,

5) To recognize God’s callings on both genders into all areas of ministry, and

6) To establish and oversee churches and non-traditional churches and outreaches.
